Major Account Executive (m­­/­­f­­/­­x) - Unified Observability Platform

Aufgabe:

Execute account plans to maximize revenue potential within a portfolio of 4-6 enterprise named accounts. Retain and expand usage with existing customers, while driving new logo acquisition within the account pool. Consult with VP- and C-level executives to develop and implement effective enterprise-wide strategies that maximize the value delivered by our client. Generate market velocity through product demonstrations, in-market events, and account-specific initiatives. Develop a robust contact network within named accounts and channel partners to ensure broad and effective sales. Collaborate closely with functional areas, including sales engineering, marketing, legal, finance, and other lines of business, to develop and execute solution strategies that meet customer business needs. Ensure successful customer implementations.

Qualifikation:

Proven track record in enterprise software sales. Demonstrated experience in nurturing and expanding business relationships. Enjoy expanding revenue in large strategic accounts. Thrive in high-velocity situations and can think/act with urgency. Top-notch organizational and communication skills. Motivated and tenacious self-starter consistently delivering high performance against quotas, driven by VP- and C-level relationships. Ability to manage sales cycles within complex organizations, while compressing decision cycles. Outstanding communication (written and oral), negotiation, and presentation skills. Strong collaboration skills across all supporting resources within sales to maximize effectiveness and advance the sales process. Extensive experience with consultative selling methodologies in managing complex sales cycles (e.g., Challenger Sales, MEDDIC). APM experience is a plus, but not necessary. Fluency in English and German is required.
