Aufgabe:
We are looking for you as Customer Success Manager (m/f/d) in Germany or the Netherlands. You will be responsible for successful customer implementations and customer retention in Data Driven Business Solutions Support pre-sales activities alongside Sales and Business Development team Develop and maintain requirements documents for CSM pre-sales customer engagements Provide pre-sales technical knowledge to address customer questions, concerns, challenges Collaborate with Sales and Marketing on development of educational materials for use in pre-sales Technical interface for internal and external technical stakeholders Conduct customer on-boarding Conduct follow up actions to achieve customer retention targetsQualifikation:
University degree (preferably in IT or engineering), or comparable qualifications At least two years of professional experience in IT, engineering, SaaS implementations or similar roles Expertise in IT infrastructure and systems, data structures, data sharing/exchange and data analysis, API Interfaces, ERP systems and interfaces and cloud technologies Excellent communication skills with ability to project confidence with stakeholders at all levels Team player with a high level of self-motivation, flexibility, assertiveness, and commitment Ability to travel nationally and internationally Fluent in German and English
