Aufgabe:
Development and Setup of Wafer acceptance test (WAT) procedures Data analysis to identify process root cause and fail mechanism of yield issues Work closely with Process Integration and Process engineer for fast ramp to MP and yield improvement Participate in interdisciplinary problem solving focus teams (TFs) to provide yield and failure analysis expertise Prepare detail and clear yield indices and reports/pareto of yield problems Serve as a key role in identifying and implementing new methods for yield analysis, and working with Yield Enhancement team to continuous improve YE process efficiencies Supervise and monitor manufacturing process in close teamwork with single process engineering, process RD, QA, etc.Qualifikation:
Master degree or PhD in Physics, Material Sciences, Electronics or related field in science Excellent technological professional skills in semiconductor physics, electrical measurment techniques, electrical engineering Experience in developing measuring instruments, measurement setups and calibration procedures Advanced problem solving skills (beneficial: Six Sigma experience, etc.) Ability to lead cross-functional teams and willingness to work in a team environment Ability to adjust to fast changing environments and project working style to set up new processes High organizational communication skills Confident writing and speaking ability in EnglishWeitere Angebote in den Bereichen:
