Aufgabe:

Full responsibility for the OEM business in Europe with annual revenues in the three-digit million euro range Providing leadership to a high performing and international management team on directors' level with in total 100+ employees Strategically developing the business and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue in the OEM-market Negotiation of framework-contracts as well as building a personal relationship with key customers on a C-level Close collaboration with the German HQ in the Rhine-Main Metropolitan Region

Qualifikation:

Technical or commercial university degree, MBA would be a plus Extensive leadership and sales experience from a position on a similar level in an international environment Good knowledge in the field of technical components for the industry (e.g. machine building or HVAC) with a clear focus on OEM customers Entrepreneurial sales-personality with conceptual strength Business fluent in German and English Trustworthy person living in the DACH-region, or willingness to relocate
