You have a degree in teaching including a completed traineeship (1st and 2nd state exams or Master of Education) as a secondary school teacher or career changer qualifications (Diplom/Magister/Master/1st state exam) High professional and methodological competence Pioneering spirit, communication talent, initiative and out-of-the-box thinking as well as your eye for the big picture are your strengths.
