Aufgabe:
Develop, execute and maintain test plans, manual and automated test procedures to ensure highest possible test coverage in our HW/SW-System Test. Bring visibility and management control into the system test process by providing timely and accurate escalation of problems as well as clear and concise problem reports. Responsible for installation, configuration and maintenance of different Test System HW, software and tools for various test environments. Continuously improve and deploy new tests to deliver high quality products in cooperation with HW- and SW R&D and the SW Release Management. Transfer of internal and external (customer- ) applications into our system test portfolio to enhance our test coverage. Cooperation with R&D and the customer's application team is required to be able to adapt these applications to our HW/SW test environment. Technical spectrum includes digital, mixed signal and RF technologies.Qualifikation:
Bachelors or Master Degree or University Degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science Two years' relevant experience in semiconductor business Demonstrated experience with C/C++ programming language Unix/Linux knowledge Structured approach to problem analysis and solving Ability to work with minimum supervision Good communication skills to work in a cross-functional team Good knowledge of English and German, both written and spoken V93k HW knowledge is a plus Experience in RF, digital and mixed signal test development and debug using V93000 tester platform is a plus Experience in SW System Testing preferred.Weitere Angebote in den Bereichen:
