* Co-develop and launch an Aerospace Scaleup Accelerator Programme * Work with startups and scaleups, taking an active role in developing sustainable business models and helping them to scale * Manage a project with multiple stakeholders for a public partner including project reportings, budget overviews, ensuring deliverables of highest quality and on time * Expand the XPRENEURS network in the field of Aerospace * Help to develop XPRENEURS strategicallyQualifikation:
* Technical or business degree with strong academic records * Proven track record of building start-up businesses in a scale-up stage, ideally with a minimum of 4 years' work experience * You have managed people and projects yourself and are a networker, strong leader, and motivator * Passionate about entrepreneurial activities and having started your own start-up before, or worked in a VC or as chief of staff in a high growth start-up for 2+ years * Fluent in written and verbal English and German * Network and experience in the Aerospace Industry is a plus, passion for the sector a mustWeitere Angebote in den Bereichen:
