Representation of the company's interests regarding aircraft handling, authorities and network worldwide based on Ground Operations' principles and regulations Responsible for adherence to quality standards set by Ground Operations Station consulting including station openings, implementation and development of operational procedures HUB stakeholder coordination Performance monitoring of contracted service providers and interface partners. Handling of irregularities concerning aircraft and warehouse handling Participation in international panels (e.g., IFQP) Participation in the development of operational IT-solutions Continuous sustainability approach to operational resources Ground Operations Surveillance Management Internal interface with Quality and Safety DepartmentQualifikation:
Degree in the fields of business or logistic management, or aerospace engineering. Experience in the field of airline ground operations of a cargo airline or cargo hub management would be advantageous. Preferably excellent knowledge in standard ground operations processes and procedures (IATA industry standards). Knowledgeable in warehouse and customs processes. Experience in station opening procedures and station management functions. Very good knowledge of legal regulations (e.g., LBA / EASA / Regulation (EC) 965/2012, ICAO / IATA regulations) Fluent spoken and written English, ability to communicate in German. Other languages are an advantage. Very good knowledge of standard IT platforms. Analytical-minded creative team player with very good communication skills and conflict handling, who can work and make decisions under pressure with respect to strict deadlines.
