Aufgabe:

Project manager for service contracts in collaboration with our customers Management of customer service contracts with complex integration requirements between software and hardware Defining and determining the processing team and methodology Interface between customers and internal stakeholders for the specific software service program Ensuring contract monitoring in terms of quality, economy and content using established and defined processes and tools Deriving and implementing improvements within the scope of the customer contract

Qualifikation:

Completed technical-economic education (University of Applied Sciences, University of Technology or comparablee) with a focus on electrical engineering-economics, automation technology-economics, mechanical engineering-economics or a related field At least 3 years of professional experience as a project manager in the execution of complex projects at the interface between software and hardware Experience in internal and external interface management with customers, suppliers and internal stakeholders Profound knowledge of project management and the application of project management methods Strong communication and organizational skills ITIL Foundation and/or IPMA certification an advantage Business fluent knowledge in German and English Willingness to travel to a maximum of 20 percent, primarily within Europe
