Aufgabe:
In this role you will be an essential part of the XPRENEURS Incubator and support our team in various different projects with internal and external stakeholders like e.g. the European Commission, corporate partners or foundations. * Project Coordination (20%): Plan, steer, and oversee projects by managing timelines, resources, and deliverables. Ensure smooth progress and alignment with goals. Driving strategic initiatives to improve our ecosystem for start-ups across UnternehmerTUM and XPRENEURS * Presentation Creation and Communication (30%): Design professional and visually appealing presentations for meetings, workshops, and stakeholders. Act as the central point for internal and external communication and collaboration. * Reporting and Quality Assurance (10%): Create concise and informative reports, monitor KPIs, and ensure adherence to quality standards across all deliverables for us and our partners. * Administrative Support (40%): Maintain and organize project documentation, process invoices, manage workflows, and handle diverse ad-hoc tasks.
