Aufgabe:

Shape the innovation category strategy and generate new product concepts (Product Roadmap) Manage the implementation of new product concepts through the development process Manage and develop the category portfolio including product and price positioning Scout trends through industry relevant fairs, strategic suppliers, market research, consumer insights, social media, market and competitor analysis and transfer the knowledge into proposals for further proceeding Transfer concepts into product briefings and monitor the USP and key claims through the development process Manage global portfolio and actions for product life cycle management including monitoring of KPI´s Provide marketing briefing for Go-to-Market process Build up relationship with strategic partners and customers in the industry Manages Global Sales training on a regular base about new products and existing portfolio Consult the Global Sales Team on product-relevant topics

Qualifikation:

Degree in Business Administration or Marketing with focus on Product Management Several years of experience in Product Management of Consumer Goods, especially Beauty Industry desirable; market knowledge in Asia would be a great benefit Methodological, analytical and creative capabilities Excellent communication and organizational skills Fluent in English, German would be beneficial Structured, problem-solving and result-oriented approach
