Optimize and compare advanced virus infection cell culture models of flaviviruses Validating antiviral targets for DENV and other flaviviruses Characterize cellular response against antiviral substances (proteome, immune signaling, etc) to mechanistically dissect virus-host interactions on a molecular and cell-biological level Work with RNA viruses (e.g. Dengue, Zika) in a BSL-2 and BSL-3 environment Collaborate with wet lab scientists and medical staffQualifikation:
