Conduct analysis of upregulated/dysregulated kinases using kinase array validation Examine the effects of HBV on hepatic stellate cell (HSC) proliferation through ERK/MAPK/PDGF signaling, assessing specific fibrosis markers Profile cytokine/chemokine production in HSCs after transfection with HBV constructs and analyze HBV-transfected HSC impact on T-cell activation and regulatory T-cell induction in co-culture with human PBMCs Investigate insulin receptor signaling modulation by different HBV mutants, focusing on insulin receptor surface expression and IRS1/2 phosphorylation Independently plan, execute, and analyze experiments using advanced molecular and cellular biology techniques (e.g., tissue culture, flow cytometry, Western blotting)Qualifikation:
