As a part of the Hardware Development team you develop innovative cooling and wiring designs Develop, simulate, and evaluate board-level cooling components such as heatsinks, heatpipes, and thermal interface materials to boost the performance of high-power instruments Perform heat transfer simulations for complex electrical components and PCBs Design, simulate, and assess high-density wiring systems capable of handling high currents or high voltages Build and test lab prototypes, including conducting detailed characterization measurements Work closely with contract manufacturers and supply chain on rollout and supportQualifikation:
A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechatronics Engineering or equivalent Solid knowledge of electronic and mechanical design and simulation Basic experience with thermal simulation tools Experience in CAD design software, preferably with parametric design tools such as SolidWorks or Siemens NX Practical experience in heatsink or cable development as well as manufacturing support Business fluent German and fluent English communication skills A proactive, solution-oriented mindset and a passion for working collaboratively in a teamWeitere Angebote in den Bereichen:
