As a Manufacturing Digital Platform Leader (f|m|d) functionally in the Global Digitalization and Automation department and located in our Berlin factory (Roasting), you'll be part of a diverse group that's all about learning, growing, and supporting each other - just the way we like it! Your main focus will be implementing global digital use cases and driving the Manufacturing Platform Digital Roadmap. We're not just looking for expertise, but also someone with people skills and a drive to succeed. You'll play a key role in making a real impact on our value chain. We are looking for a Digital Leader who is pace-driven, data-driven and connects with others. You'll need experience with implementing multi-site digital products -ideally within food and beverage production and the ability to thrive in a diverse team.
