University degree or equivalent in Operations, Industrial Engineering, or Supply Chain Management Proven track record in leading transformative operational initiatives within a manufacturing or industrial environment In-depth expertise in lean methodologies, including Voice of the Customer, process efficiency, performance management, organizational development, and behavioral change Strong knowledge of transformation frameworks, including preparation, diagnostics, future state design, tactical implementation planning, execution, and continuous improvement Experienced in designing and establishing continuous improvement (CI) structures and leveraging business intelligence tools Excellent project management, team leadership, and coaching skills Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver results under tight deadlines Fluent in German and proficient in EnglishWeitere Angebote in den Bereichen:
