Responsible for the administration, configuration, and optimization of our SAP SuccessFactors system, specifically in the areas of Time Management, Workforce Planning, Employee central and Compensation Collaborate with HR, IT, and other departments to ensure the system meets organizational needs and supports strategic HR initiatives. Lead HRIS projects and drive forward the Implementation of HR systems Train end-users and provide guidance on HRIS processes, best practices, and system featuresQualifikation:
HRIS expert with 3-5 years of work experience Knowledge and experience with SAP SuccessFactors (Employee central, Compensation, Time tracking, WFM solutions, Time & Attendance management, Absence management), Open Text, ATOSS, Predictive Index Good understanding of HR processes and systems Experience with Power BI and HR system Integrations (a plus) Experience In vendor selection Project Management & Relationship management Effective communication skills for engaging with both internal and external stakeholders in a diverse, multinational environment.
