Full P&L responsibility for all business in Korea with a strong focus on sales and service Provide dynamic and positive leadership, coaching, and mentoring to the team (approx. 10 employees) Achieve ambitious growth targets amid a changing business environment Actively engage in business development and further expand and optimize the local distribution network Growing market share and engineered solutions business with focus on major target industries Implementation of short- and medium-term corporate go-to-market strategies Direct reporting to the Vice President AsiaQualifikation:
Engineering degree or similar technical degree (e.g. Physics) Dynamic hands-on leadership personality with a proven track record in sales and business development Working experience as a sales manager in the field of machine building, industrial automation, or similar high-tech solutions and systems Strong cultural adaptability with a deep understanding of Korean business practices and customer expectations Entrepreneurial, result driven personality with a general understanding of p&l Business fluent in Korean, good English Place of residence in the Seoul region
