Aufgabe:
* Ensure compliance with key regulatory frameworks, including The German Water Resources Act, Asbestos regulations, and Hazardous material management. * Conduct HSE audits and inspections to assess compliance with internal and external requirements. * Perform risk assessments, including those for hazardous substances, water management, and asbestos-related activities. * Provide technical expertise in hazardous materials handling, emergency response planning, and incident investigations. * Maintain and update HAZMAT catalogs, Safety Data Sheets (MSDS), COSHH assessments, and operating instructions for hazardous substances. * Support waste management, pollution control, and sustainability initiatives. * Monitor developments in German, EU, and international HSE regulations to ensure ongoing compliance. * Collaborate with internal teams and external regulatory bodies on HSE matters. * Deliver HSE training and workshops to improve awareness and adherence to safety protocols. * Investigate incidents, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions to enhance safety performance.Qualifikation:
* A Degree in engineering, environmental sciences, chemistry, occupational health, or a related field. * You are a certified "Fachkraft für Arbeitssicherheit" (SiFa). * Familiarity with German and EU regulations, including TRGS, and REACH/COSHH standards. * Experience as an Asbestos Coordinator or equivalent asbestos management role is highly desirable. * Knowledge of ISO standards, particularly ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and ISO 9001, is advantageous. * Proven expertise in hazardous materials management and asbestos-related compliance. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. * Effective communication skills, fluent in German and English (written and spoken). * Proficient in Microsoft Office and HSE management systems. * Self-motivated and able to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams. * Willingness to travel occasionally (up to 30%).Weitere Angebote in den Bereichen:
