Develop practices and processes to efficiently install, configure, and maintain hardware, software, and peripherals for end users? Seek balance between user experience, governance, and operational efficiency to deliver high quality solutions for the company Document and update IT processes, procedures, and knowledge base? Collaborate with senior engineers and vendors to find solutions for complex issuesQualifikation:
University degree in computer science, information systems or related field or an equivalent qualification Excellent communication skills, hands-on experience in customer service, and problem-solving attitude Deep knowledge of end user services, desktop support or IT helpdesk? Expertise in Windows, Office 365, Active Directory, and Intune? Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft 365 Certified are preferred?
