Develop, implement, and maintain the technical components of our Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM system to support the organization's business processes Configure the CRM platform to meet business requirements, ensuring adherence to standard functionalities and best practices; integrate the CRM system with other business applications Collaborate with the Product Owner to gather technical requirements and translate them into effective solutions Monitor and maintain system performance to ensure high availability and performance, including troubleshooting and resolving technical issues Collaborate with the Support Engineer to ensure smooth handover and support of CRM functionalities, and provide necessary technical documentationQualifikation:
Bachelor's degree or higher degree (University, FH) in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field and/or more than 5 years of proven experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Proficient in CRM configuration, including workflows, user setup, data import, SQL, and security configuration within standard functionalities Experience with data integration tools and technique to connect CRM to other systems Excellent problem-solving abilities and innovative thinking in troubleshooting system and process issues; proactive approach to communication and teamwork Excellent English skills, both written and spokenWeitere Angebote in den Bereichen:
