Shaping Industrial Communication - Lead Global Marketing Strategy in a High-Tech Environment Define and lead the global communication strategy for one of the division (>EUR100M revenue) Drive brand awareness and implement digital lead & demand generation initiatives Oversee multi-channel campaign management, including events, media, advertising, and email marketing Ensure consistent brand messaging, tone, and visual identity across all regions and platforms Align all communication activities with overarching corporate goals and priorities Monitor and optimize campaign performance using KPIs and ROI-driven metrics Lead, coach, and grow a cross-regional team, including recruitment of new talent

Qualifikation:

Combines empathy and natural authority with clear communication, structured thinking, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a technical field with relevant marketing experience Extensive B2B marketing and communications expertise, ideally in industrial technology or automation Proven track record in strategic communication, brand positioning, and content marketing for technical audiences Strong knowledge of digital lead generation, customer journeys, and marketing automation tools (e.g. Microsoft Dynamics 365). Skilled at translating complex technical topics into clear, compelling messaging Experienced in leading international teams, managing budgets, and aligning with key stakeholders across functions
