Full P&L responsibility for all business in Italy with strong focus on sales & business development Providing proactive and dynamic leadership to the team Strategically developing the business and implementing sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue Expansion of key markets such as machine building as well as identification of new business opportunities Manage and further deepen the relations to the most important key accounts Direct reporting to the German HQQualifikation:
Technical degree or degree in Business Administration; MBA would be a plus Leadership experience in General or Sales Management roles, preferably incl. P&L responsibility Good knowledge in the field of industrial automation and/or electrical engineering Experience in safety automation would be a plus Entrepreneurial, pro-active, and passionate sales-personality with conceptual capabilities Excellent communication along with strong analytical skills Business fluent in Italian and English Trustworthy person living in the greater Milan region or willingness to relocateWeitere Angebote in den Bereichen:
