* Develop and implement the overall group strategy for infrastructure, supply chain excellence, and quality to drive growth and competitive advantage while mitigating risk. * Plan and achieve ambitious KPIs with a strong focus on driving performance and budget planning. * Lead infrastructure investment planning and management while emphasizing the optimization of network capacity and configuration, and physical flow of goods end-to-end. * Clear all Board and Investment Committee proposals well in advance of formal submission and approval of investment decisions. * Define group-wide objectives, targets, and KPIs for functional area(s); develop and monitor measures and provide group interventions as appropriate. * Sponsor and enable LEAN framework and training academy roll-out, embed principles as a mindset within ways of working across the group. * Lead global SCM initiatives, and drive E2E projects EG. sector, market, and competitor scanning. * Conduct E2E projects that deliver excellence and innovation of the logistics processes and improve productivity. * Improve the overall logistics organization. * Continuous improvement of Group-wide KPIs.Qualifikation:
