Drive and responsible for further enhancements and development of used software tools or processes in a global environment Work closely with FSE Management Team to optimize Contact Center contribution to meet customer needs and business objectives Audit Compliance - Ensure compliance with all established audit requirements for Call Center processesQualifikation:
