Aufgabe:

Provides excellent account management service to key strategic accounts, proactively monitoring existing revenue activity and demonstrating understanding of people issues in client's business to successfully convert training needs into business Negotiates successful conclusions to major business development opportunities, building strong personal relationships with key stakeholders and presenting confidently to senior HR and business leaders Follows up sales leads, identifying opportunities to develop effective partnerships with clients and closes sale Proactively identifies and generates new lead opportunities and prospects Works to demonstrate payback to client's business from the offered solutions

Qualifikation:

Minimum 4 years successful experience in HR Training field or Minimum 4 years sales experience in B2B or training industry Ability to understand business context and articulate solutions to HR professionals and business leaders Skilled at influencing senior decision makers and presenting at board level Professional appearance, able to represent company at major events and exhibitions
