Aufgabe:

Provide excellent account management services to key strategic accounts Proactively monitor existing sales activity and demonstrate a deep understanding of the people issues within the client's business in order to successfully convert training needs into business opportunities Negotiate the successful conclusion of key business development opportunities. Build strong personal relationships with key stakeholders and present confidently to senior HR and business leaders Follow up sales leads, identify opportunities to develop effective partnerships with clients and close sales Proactively identify and generate new lead opportunities and prospects Work to demonstrate the benefits and value of FranklinCovey solutions to the client's business

Qualifikation:

You bring at least 4 years of successful HR training experience or have a strong passion for Learning & Development (L&D) topics Alternatively, you have at least of 4 years of sales experience in the B2B or training industry You are able to understand the business context and articulate tailored solutions to HR professionals and business leaders You have a proven track record of managing and negotiating with clients, generating leads, qualifying prospects, and overseeing the end-to-end sales process You demonstrate a professional demeanour and are able to represent the company at key events and exhibitions You are fluent in both French and English
