Aufgabe:

Develop and execute sourcing strategies for semiconductor production equipment and MRO Aligning suppliers with future technology goals and driving innovation through early collaboration with R&D and operations Analyze cost structures and implement cost-saving initiatives through strategic negotiations, optimizing the supply chain for timely availability of equipment and MRO and maximizing value Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure equipment meets quality standards and mitigate procurement risks, utilizing negotiation skills to address quality issues and manage risks effectively Conduct market analyses to secure advantageous deals and partnerships, aligning procurement activities with business objectives and future technology roadmap goals through cross-functional collaboration Ensure compliance with laws and corporate policies, driving continuous improvement in procurement processes and tools through negotiation techniques to enhance efficiency and value delivery Establish performance metrics for vendor evaluation and manage category performance to support future technology investments

Qualifikation:

Completed university degree (Master's, Diploma) in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Management or a comparable qualification, or completed commercial training with extensive professional experience Several years of professional experience in technical procurement, category management, and/or sales, ideally related to semiconductor manufacturing equipment and MRO Strong focus on results (adherence to target costs, deadlines, and defined quality for all machines and materials to be procured) Intercultural experience and process knowledge in semiconductor manufacturing are desirable High degree of goal oriented, assertiveness and teamwork Proficiency in MS Office and other common programs Excellent communication skills Fluent in both German and English for negotiations Willingness to travel (10-20%)
