Aufgabe:
* Commercial lead to grow our software business in the German fleet segment * Marketing our cloud backend to the fleet market, either directly with operators or indirect (e.g. Verbände) * Establish vaylens as known solution provider with the top 100 fleet operators, build a network with those companies and map their decision process * Forecast and track key account metrics and analyze trends to identify opportunities * Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including executive sponsors, decision-makers, and influencers * Drive sales margin and revenue growth through upsell, cross-sell via proactive expansion * Ensure customer retention through strategic touchpoints, escalation management and success planning * Utilize sales stack & our CRM to manage and prioritize activities for each account, ensuring that all customer interactions are tracked and all records are kept up-to-date and managed appropriately. * Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, customer success, finance, marketing, and product, to ensure our enterprise partners are receiving the best possible service and support.Qualifikation:
