Aufgabe:
Reporting to the Sales Manager DACH, you will develop business in South-West Germany (Hessen, Rheinland-Pfalz, Baden-Württemberg, Saarland) by engaging with researchers, lab managers, and procurement managers to understand their needs and coordinate suitable solutions.customer acquisition and development. Serve as the primary point of contact for all client concerns and needs. Coordinate with internal teams to provide effective solutions and enhance processes. Strengthen client relationships to establish long-term partnerships and develop contracts. Explore up-selling and cross-selling opportunities within assigned accounts. Define a strategy for acquiring assigned accounts with guidance from the Sales Manager. Initiate contacts with relevant stakeholders in assigned accounts and drive the sales process. Attend relevant conferences across Europe in collaboration with the European Event Manager.Qualifikation:
Bachelor or Master's degree in biology/biomedical sciences/health sciences or any related degree. Preferably RNA & Nucleic Acid, Cell & Gene Therapy, Immuno-Oncology and/or Bioproduction knowledge. Fluency in English and German. 2/3 years' sales experience is mandatory. Soft skills: autonomy, results-orientation, customer focus, perseverance, ability to work with multiple and varied contacts, communication skills, proactivity.
