Head (m/f/d) of Global Demand & Capacity Management
Tasks
- Global responsibility for harmonization, standardization, and monitoring of S&OP and production planning processes
- Development and implementation of global demand and capacity strategies and a professional S&OP structure
- Continuous improvement of existing and implementation of new processes and tools
- Analysis and optimization of stock in close cooperation with production plants and warehouses worldwide
Requirements
- Technical or business degree
- Profound experience in the area of S&OP/ demand planning in an international environment
- Leadership experience in supply chain positions at an industrial company
- Good digital knowhow and knowledge in data analytics
- Long-term experience in working with planning tools and ERP systems (preferably SAP)
- Very good skills in English
- Trustworthy person living in Germany, Switzerland, or Romania
