Vice President / Global Head of Operation (m/f/d)
Tasks
- Full responsibility for all production sites worldwide with a total headcount of more than thousand employees
- Set-up strategies for the development of all facilities, from smaller workshops to large production plants
- Providing active and strategic leadership to the plant managers
- Optimization of processes and further expansion of lean management processes and structures
- Development and Implementation of center-of-excellence-strategies and act as the driver for standardization and digitalization of production
Requirements
- Engineering Degree
- Sound leadership experience as a production leader with documented success
- Profound knowledge of modern manufacturing methods and strong lean and shopfloor management know-how
- High intercultural understanding and willingness for international business trips
- Entrepreneurial personality with good understanding of KPI’s and experience in leading via key figures
- Strong analytical and conceptional skills
