Country Sales Director (m/f/d) Italy
Tasks
- Full P&L responsibility for all business in Italy with strong focus on sales & business development
- Providing proactive and dynamic leadership to the team
- Strategically developing the business and implementing sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue
- Expansion of key markets such as machine building as well as identification of new business opportunities
- Manage and further deepen the relations to the most important key accounts
- Direct reporting to the German HQ
Requirements
- Technical degree or degree in Business Administration; MBA would be a plus
- Leadership experience in General or Sales Management roles, preferably incl. P&L responsibility
- Good knowledge in the field of industrial automation and/or electrical engineering
- Experience in safety automation would be a plus
- Entrepreneurial, pro-active, and passionate sales-personality with conceptual capabilities
- Excellent communication along with strong analytical skills
- Business fluent in Italian and English
- Trustworthy person living in the greater Milan region or willingness to relocate
