Actuary Reserving P&C m/w/d

as Product Owner in full-time or part-time
We are seeking a skilled Actuary to join our team as a Product Owner at Central Reserving P&C. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical background and a passion for system development in the insurance sector. Do you want to grow with us? Ihre zentrale Rolle:

  • Assume Product Ownership within ERGO Group’s central IFRS17 actuarial system landscape.  
  • Work closely with actuarial, accounting and IT teams to drive successful implementation and continuous improvement.  
  • Communicate and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure that product strategy and objectives are clearly understood.  
  • Provide training and support for our entities during closings to effectively utilise our systems. Anticipate and address our customer needs.  
  • Ensure that systems comply with applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Lead and support interdisciplinary teams to promote system development and implementation.

Ihr Profil:

  • Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Business Informatics or a related quantitative field.  
  • Several years of experience in actuarial science, preferably in reserving for P&C insurance. Experience in IFRS17 is a plus.  
  • Strong knowledge of statistical analysis tools and software.  
  • Experience in product management or as a Product Owner is advantageous.  
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to convey complex information clearly.
  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
