For our head office in Potsdam, we are now looking for a

• Completed degree in medicine or natural sciences
• Optional: PhD, optional MBA
• Several years of experience working with medical devices or IVDs
• Several years of experience in a certified environment (ISO 13485 or equivalent)
• Several years of experience in building distribution networks, ideally related to medical devices / IVDs
• Ideally experience with medical device reimbursement
• Experience in leading interdisciplinary teams
• Ideally, direct experience in managing sales organizations and/or business development
• Hands-on mentality / experience in small organizational units
• Experience in product development / product marketing / strategy
• Several years of P&L responsibility
• Network in the field of oncology, either in therapy or diagnostics
• International experience and/or experience working with partner companies / in a corporate group
• Business-fluent English / optional Chinese

Annual salary without Bonus 150.000,00
