• Leading a team of 60 employees in a 24/7 shift system
• Managing and organizing the entire operational process
• Ensuring HSE standards (ISO 50001, 14001, 9001)
• Responsibility for production and process optimization
• Collaborating with the Managing Director to achieve strategic business goals Requirements & Qualification
• MBA / with a focus on Production Management
• Several years of experience in a leadership position in operations
• Strong expertise in business administration/controlling/accounting
• In-depth knowledge of production and process management, continuous improvement (CIP)
• Hands-on mentality
• Good knowledge of ERP systems and MS Office
• Leadership skills and strong communication abilities
• Assertiveness and decision-making capability
• Languages: English (fluent), Flemish
