Global Project Manager (m/f/d)

Advantest has embarked on a digital transformation journey, which is a key enabler for our continuous business growth. The current focus is on the Supply Chain, Quote to Cash, Manufacturing and HC process digital transformation. As part of the global transformation, you will capture the needs of business users, prioritize and establish the business design foundations.

• Responsible for planning and overseeing DX projects to ensure they are completed in a timely fashion and within budget and with quality
• Drive Stakeholder Management, keep stakeholders informed along the way, develop communication plan and change plans together with change manager
• Drive project progress and delivery of business value
• Create long- and short-term plans, including setting targets for milestones and adhering to deadlines
• Plan and manage the project resources to ensure best utilization of their skills
• Performing quality control on the project throughout development to comply with and maintain the standards expected
• Manage changes to the project and drive decision making based on impact assessment
• Manage and monitor the financials for the project and ensure spend is within project budget

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering or comparable
• Good global communication skill in English. Japanese is a plus
• Diversity & Inclusion management skill
• Ability to influence key stakeholders and project members
• Project management skill, experience in applying project management tools and methods (PMBOK etc)
• Teamwork - must be able to lead a number of cross-functional teams in getting their respective jobs done
• Ability to convert requirements into action items
• Effective planning and organization skills
