Your Responsibilities

Assistant for V93000 SoC Test Supply Chain Product Managment Team (m/f/d)

The Advantest ATE BG - V93000 Product Unit in Boeblingen supplies test solutions to the premier semiconductor vendors world-wide. Our SoC Test Supply Chain team provides superior customer experience (Service Level and Quality) at lowest cost using the flexibility and scalability of our supply chain throughout the business cycle.

Requirements:

  • Timely and appropriate completion of administrative and organizational tasks for the management level
  • Reliable support of the whole team in all administrative tasks (incl. List of exemplary tasks – PO's and contracting, travel organization and reimbursements, asset management)
  • Creation and revision of presentations, documents, plans
  • Coordination and alignment of cross-functional and international meetings and workshops
  • Compilation and preparation of quarterly figures from different departments
  • Co-operation with other assistants and SoC Test Supply Chain Division colleagues
Your Qualifications
  • Completed commercial education or a comparable education
  • Several years of professional experience in the field of assistance required
  • Excellent knowledge of the common MS Office programs
  • Strong communication and organizational skills and structured way of working
  • High level of commitment, ability to work in a team, independence and initiative
  • Fluent English language skills (verbal & written) German is a plus
