- Development of a global sales strategy in collaboration with regional sales managers to promote profitable growth
- Consultation on pricing policy, product mix, distribution channels, and branding.
- Continuous market analysis to identify business opportunities, target groups and growth opportunities beyond organic growth.
- Application of strong performance management for performance enhancement.
- Collaboration with HR to develop an appropriate compensation and payment structure.
- Implementation and monitoring of an efficient global customer service.
- Integration of technical consulting teams to optimize efficiency.
- Close collaboration with product management and marketing.
- Ensuring the development of direct employees and leaders.
- Improvement of interfaces and collaboration along the value chain.
Ihr Profil
- Master’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, or Textile Engineering.
- Over 10 years of experience in leadership positions, preferably in the B2B textile sector.
- Proven leadership strength in multicultural, complex organizations.
- Experience with international matrix organizations and cultural change projects.
- Strategic thinking combined with the ability to find practical solutions.
- Excellent high-level negotiation skills.
- Strong communication skills with intercultural competence, particularly in the Asian and subcontinental regions.
- Interest in global political issues and economic developments.
- Structured project management skills are an advantage.
- Language Skills: English and German, fluent.
- Knowledge of modern IT and communication tools, including SAP and CRM.
