Your new challenge
Compliance Tasks:
- Responsibility for implementation and further development of compliance topics
- Responsible for the various activities related to compliance for the Salzbergen site in cooperation with the international compliance team within NIDEC
- Preparation of the relevant data in order to be able to check compliance with various guidelines
- Responsible for maintaining the legal register
- Monitoring measures to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
- Analysing and evaluating new legislative projects and their impact on the company
- Dual use testing
- Reach and rohs audit
EHS tasks:
- Implementation of strategic EHS objectives to maximise the safety of all employees
- Ensuring compliance with and implementation of EHS processes and guidelines, taking current legislation into account, with the support of line managers and the occupational safety specialist.
- Developing and standardising EHS processes with the support of the occupational safety specialist.
- Integrate Group specifications into existing processes
- Creation and implementation of EHS training courses in collaboration with the occupational safety specialist
Trade compliance tasks:
- Development, implementation and maintenance of trade compliance processes in compliance with legal and internal requirements
- Obtaining information on principles and changes in customs and foreign trade law
- Advice on customs and commercial law as well as import/export control processes
You inspire us with this

- Ideally, you have several years of experience in customs management and export control
- Professional experience in the field of compliance is an advantage
- Strong communication skills and confident demeanour
