PRINCIPLE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide for the issue and periodic updating of the project plan: initial program, operational estimate for the whole life/period order and cash flow
- Validate the progress assessment and forecasts upon completion, identifying and providing indications, in case of deviations from the initial plan, for appropriate corrective actions
- Coordinate and supervise the contribution and work for the project in question of the various functions involved (procurement, engineering, production, etc.) directly or through interfacing with the relevant figures (e.g. P.E. or P.M. of other B.U.)
- Manage the contractual variants of the project,
- Supervise the development of the planned supplies, ensuring compliance with deadlines, delivery methods, functional tests and scheduled costs
- Monitor the progress of the order, informing the hierarchical structure of reference with the established periodicity
- Manage any disputes, coordinating the contribution of the various company functions for the resolution of disputes (claims)
- Give approval for the payment of invoices, providing information to the relevant Administration body, based on the progress presented by related industries, suppliers and sub-contractors
- Follow, in conjunction with the Administration body, the progress of collections
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
Education and Qualifications
- High school diploma: Electrical/mechanical expert
- Degree in Electrical - Electronics-Mechanical - Management Engineering
Experience
- 5 years of experience as site manager or 8 year of field service engineer
- Knowledge of on site project management aspects
- Knowledge of the reference products/processes
- Knowledge of HSE legislation
- Principles of business economics
- Sap – Reporting and planning techniques
- Negotiation techniques
Languages
- Fluid business Germany language skills and the ability to work in an agile, international team.
