For our German location in Salzbergen we are looking for a new member of our team:

• Development of power electronic devices and components for use in the wind power sector and in EV charging technology.
• Conceptual design, circuit development, component dimensioning of electronic circuits in the field of power electronics, embedded microcontroller systems.
• Defining technical requirements, e.g. functional specifications and technical documentation for the assigned development tasks.
• Analysing electronic requirements from specifications and standards.
• Testing prototypes, carrying out tests and analysing test results.
• Commissioning, verification and validation of power electronic circuits and components in the electronics laboratory.
• Analysing test results and causes of failure and developing proposals for solutions
• Support in analysing causes and identifying problems with existing devices.
• Creating test specifications and test protocols for a smooth transition between development and series production
• Support and planning of laboratory tests and certifications (e.g. EMC tests)

Experience

• Successfully completed engineering studies in the field of electrical engineering, ideally specialising in power electronics, automation technology or control engineering
• Knowledge in the field of drive technology
• Your German language skills are at native speaker level and you also have a good command of English.
• Experience in the development and testing of power electronic components and circuits
• Knowledge of circuit design and simulation
• Experience in the field of EMC
